Hours of work

Our standard work hours are 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. We track all hours using Kimai. For more details, checkout out 'Time tracking'.

Extra hours

We recognize that there may be instances when extra working hours are necessary to meet business requirements or project deadlines. Employees can work beyond their standard 37.5 hours per week, up to a limit of 48 hours per week, provided the additional hours are for billable projects. If employees wish to work extra hours on non-billable projects, they need to obtain approval from their supervisor prior to working these hours.
